T*I*R*E*D

Man, what a week! Dan took vacation this week and it has been more work! Geez, I can't wait until next week!lol We are putting a new liner in our pool and it is NOT an easy job! I also started babysitting one of my preschoolers today! He is sooo cute! But man is he ornery! And he is also, very BUSY! It doesn't help that we had a mishap in Stephanie's room last night! I will spare you the details but, someone spilled stain in her bedroom all over the carpet and even on her new bed and mattress! WHAT A MESS! Well, we all worked very hard and got most of it up! I couldn't believe that it was actually coming up.... (if you ever have this happen, use lots of water and detergent, it works great!) So anyways I was up until about 2am and then started babysitting around 5:30am.... That is why I am tired. And that is why in my last blog I commented to Cissa and spelled weight instead of wait!LOL... Plus of course there is that age thing again..... So I feel bad because, I did not make it to Church tonite. I have a headache and I think I might be coming down with bronchitis.... Maybe I will go to the dr. tomorrow.

So, now on to brighter moments.... we got the stuff to fix our pool and have actually started. But, there is still alot of work. But, this leads me to my top ten!
1. Lay out by my Pool.
2. Take Long walks
3. Enjoy VBS!!!
4. I would like to go to the museum of Creation in Cincy. (Maybe a field trip with the youth group)
5. Have a 4th of July party with family and friends
6. Cookouts!!! They rock!
7. Scoping out places to take sr. pics
8.Swimming in my pool.... or floating on a cool floatie!!!!
9. Read a book and let my imagination take me on a vacation!
10. I would love to actually go visit my friend in that state up north and walk along silver beach..... but, there are always those pesky gas prices!!!

Have a great summer everyone!!!! I will try to update better next week!

Yeah, can't believe I left your pool off my list. It's definately going to see some of me this summer!!! It might be my last summer to enjoy that kind of relaxation!

I hope you guys will all get a chance to rest here soon! Sounds like you could all use it! Let me know what the doc says...

Hey girl! I love your list, but I am still stuck on one thing! :) You started babysitting at 5:30 am???!!! Man, that is EARLY!!!!!!!!!! LOL!!! :) I mean, it is early for anyone, but to be watching a child......I hope he goes back to sleep for ya!!!! :)

Okay, back to your list! It is totally what summer should be about! Family, friends, and fun!!!
Let us know how your bronchitis is! It sounds like you guys need a vacation "from" your vacation!!! LOL!

I know how you can accomplish most of your list at once. You can come visit us on the 4th of July, and bring a few mutual friends with you. We could swim, lay out, and walk along the beach. Also Lake Michigan is a great back drop for senior pictures (trust me, I did it). That evening we could go downtown St.Joe and visit The Kids Museum and the Krasel Art Center. That night, we will party and cook out as we watch fire works from my front yard. Then wind down with a nice book. Sounds like a great weekend!

Layout/Walks/Museums/July 4th Party/Cookout with Friends/Senior Pictures/Lake(pool)/Book..DONE!

There is no substitute for PCC VBS!

Jim is on vacation this week, too. We are painting our house. Not quit as fun as our vacation last year out west!

Have a great summer!

I haven't "Quit" having fun this summer, but it isn't "Quite" as much fun as last year.
Sometimes my fingers don't understand what my head is saying. Besides, if Carleta can use "the age thing", surely I can.lol
