It all started......
When I was on my way to church this morning, I was at the light in Ashville by Crazy Rays, it was green so I proceeded because there was no traffic. There was a police officer coming down Long street. Don't you know he turned around and followed me. I checked my speed and I was only going about 33 mph. All of a sudden he put on his lights. What? I couldn't believe it! Well, according to him, I ran the light! So, he took my license, ins., registration and went back to the car. I asked Steph, tell me the truth, was it red. She said it was green. So, you know me, when he came back... I said, "Sir, I am not trying to be argumentative, but do you think the light could have been changing or something because my daughter even says it was green. I know you already wrote me up but...." Then he said, "I'm just giving you a warning! Sometimes those lights stick!"
Wow...... that just doesn't happen lol......
Then later..........
Dan won his game!!! Yay..... Then Steph won hers!!!! Yay..... it's gonna be a good week.
We start to leave and I reach for my keys.... I said Dan do you have my keys.....(he drove) and he said No.... well, I had dropped my coat in the bleachers so I went back up to see if they were there.... no.....hmmm... Dan I started the car, are you sure you don't have them..... We walked out to see if we left them in the car. And guess what??? The car was running! Dan left them in the car, and the ignition was running!!! LOL>>> It was too funny.... I am so glad it was him and not me!!!!!!
What a day!

Oh wow, you did have a crazy day! And, Sunday's are supposed to be restful days. At least you made it home safely and Monday won't seem so bad now!
Oh my goodness! :) What a day!!!! In retrospect, tho, it is a funny story to tell! Well.....several funny stories to tell!!!! LOL!! And I glad the cop only gave you a warning. I have heard that the cops in Ashville can sometimes not be nice (like insist that they are right and not listen to what you have to say). So, that is good that he listened and agreed about the light!
I had a little funny moment as well. I will have to blog it later! Like I said before, great minds think alike - and funny things happen to both of those great minds as well. We end up having lots of things to say!!!! :)
I'm glad everything turned out well for you! And that is funny about Dan and the car keys!!! LOLOLOLOL!!!!! :)
