YOU GO GIRL!!!

Well, we had a fun night at Bible Study!!! We are currently studying some of the women of the Bible.... I am soooo glad that God put us in there.... Even when culturally speaking, women were let's just say put on the backburner, God put us out where we belong.... Don't get me wrong.... We need men too.... God had a place for both men and women! But, I personally don't feel that women should clam up!!! There were plenty of women who were speaking up where God was concerned and they were blessed for it.... (I know here I go again) Anyways I just wanted to say, Way to go Girls!!!

If I remember my top ten correctly it was suppose to be 10 things that bring you joy....

1. Bible Study (anytime anywhere)
2. My children
3. My church family (especially when us dingy ones giggle :)
4. Mother Teresa lol
5. My family
6. Scrapbooking
7. looking through old pictures
8. playing games with my mother in law (especially if I win lol)
9. talking with ditzy blonde and old woman lol
10. going to concerts with deedah

Well, everyone pray for me.... Next week I am going to substitute at a daycare while people are on maternity leave..... I plan on doing this until time for me to go get ready for preschool.... I know Stan wants us to pray specifically for things..... So, I am asking my blogger circle of friends to pray with me that my preschool will have 45 kids this year! This is the amount that we had last year in the beginning! So please help me in this effort! Well, I need to go check my mail so..... everyone have a good night!

I definately believe women should not clam up! Although, I did not always feel that way. I think I learned women of the church need to speak for themselves from Doris. I do know how ever, that there is a right way and a wrong way to do this. Men are a little odd about some things, and we need to try and not hurt their feelings or let them know we have a lot more on the ball than they may think. That is how we maintain the upper hand! LOL God has granted women great wisdom!!!LOL

Great list, but I am a little confused on #9?

FYI, I pray for anyone with 45 kids!

I think the pink slips and the dingy dames have a lot going for them, don't ya think??!! I couldn't be silent even if I wanted too. Heck, I'm suprised you don't hear sudden bursts of laughter from me at church all the time.

Things will work out for ya this year! God's already blessed you with a temp. job when you needed it. He's got your back!! And so does Dingy Deda, lol....That will never get old!

Hey girl! I will be praying for ya, too! I also had a question about the Tuesday/Thursday class. Is it for 4 yr. olds?! And is there a morning class on those days? I was thinking about signing Jacob up for it, but the Tuesday/Thursday morning thing would work better for me! Let me know! It would be so cool if it worked out! :)) See, you might already have a new student! :)) And, hopefully, my brother won't break his "other" foot this time!!!! LOL!!!! :)
Good luck at the daycare! I know you will do great! You are wonderful w/little ones and they will be lucky to have you! God is leading you where you need to be - and if it ends up that this is wrong, you will know 'cause he will lead you somewhere new! :)) Trust in him! :))
Love ya!!!!

You know, sometimes I think back on the time the three of us spent together, and I almost laugh myself silly when I am by myself.. Then there are the times I try to re-tell a story to someone, and I just can't seem to do it justice! I do think we knew it was joyful times, and I sure do miss them. Thanks for reminding me of some of them...like the dog! I also do miss my little, blonde, country, cowgirl, singing, dancing, beautiful, daughter! I think of her pretty much every day. And when it comes to Dallas, I sometimes forget I never did even babysit him, but he seems like one of own. Or as he once told me, "You feel like a cousin to me". I am unable to "list" the joy you all have brought to my life. May you always feel blessed in your lives.

I hope things work out for you at the Daycare. That should be fun for you-and it will get you ready to go back to work. Hopefully you will have one more student at the Preschool. I really want to send Jenna, but I am still debating about it. I know she is ready and she definitely wants to go so I hope it works out. Take care!
